The suspension design has a lower anti-squat value at sag, which is ideal for the greater acceleration and higher speed hits while pedaling on an e-MTB.

Additionally, the anti-rise magnitude has been reduced to 65% due to the greater mass of an e-MTB, while still maintaining consistency across the entire travel range. The result is a bike that strikes a balance for the unique demands of the added weight and power of an e-MTB.

The Sixfinity suspension platform also provides a tunable leverage rate progression, giving riders a dynamic range of suspension feel. This feature allows racers to adjust the suspension to their ride preferences and track conditions while preserving the bike's geometry, anti-squat and anti-rise characteristics, and only a minute impact to wheel travel at +/-2mm.

The Yeti Cycles 160E also features dual 29" wheels, which provide more traction, better rollover, and ultimately a faster bike. The compact packaging of the Infinity link allows for shorter chain stays, which eliminates the lazy-to-turn feel that plagues e-MTBs with suspension designs carried forward from pedal-only designs. Despite the shorter chain stays, Yeti Cycles has managed to maintain a 29" wheel size, leaving traction and speed on the table, while compensating for mullet setups.

The event featured six stages across 54.5km and over 2500 meters of descending, providing a true test of endurance, skill, and speed. After a long day of racing, the results are finally in.

In the Elite Women category, Isabeau Courdurier claimed first place with a time of 33:15.930. She was followed closely by Morgane Charre in second place with a time of 33:25.510, and Ella Conolly in third with a time of 33:53.650. Bex Baraona and Hattie Harnden rounded out the top five with times of 33:56.010 and 33:59.530, respectively.

In the Elite Men category, Luke Meier-Smith took home the top spot with a time of 28:55.210. Dan Booker finished in second place with a time of 29:01.040, while Connor Fearon claimed third place with a time of 29:14.450. Rhys Verner and Troy Brosnan completed the top five with times of 29:19.780 and 29:21.920, respectively.

The U21 Women's category was won by Emmy Lan, who completed the course in 35:28.900. Erice Van Leuven finished in second place with a time of 35:32.580, followed by Elly Hoskin in third place with a time of 36:43.800.

In the U21 Men's category, Sascha Kim took home the first-place trophy with a time of 29:26.110. Remy Meier-Smith finished in second place with a time of 29:44.900, while Will Hynes claimed third place with a time of 30:06.450.
